On September 27, 2024, Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (TASECO LAND) signed an Investment Promotion Contract for the TASECO DONG VAN 3 Industrial Park project, east of Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, with VNTOWER Joint Stock Company. At the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Taseco Group, said that the project “Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park” has a land use scale of 223 hectares; total investment capital of more than 2,300 billion VND is implemented in the wards: Yen Bac, Tien Noi, Hoa Mac and the communes of Tien Ngoai, Yen Nam, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. The Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park project is an important step forward in the economic and infrastructure development of the region.
